Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We will replace any defective wall plate(s) or label(s). We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. Before going to this effort, please check your wall Switch Plate Labels for the following:

If the wall plate label does not lay flat or has trouble locking into its molded recess, the solution may be simple. You’re not obligated to correct our defective part; it may simply be easier than replacing it.

  • Occasionally, the wall plate labels do not get trimmed completely “flush.” If you feel a small spot on the bottom left edge of the label, it can be easily removed by rubbing across a nail file or piece of medium to fine grit sandpaper
  • Check to make sure the ends of the label are clipped into place; the tolerances are small and sometimes one end does not engage completely, not allowing the label to seat properly.

If it just doesn’t work or you are unable to correct it, please follow the directions below.

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • To complete your exchange, please send 2 – 4 photos of the defective part to (info@lightswitchlabels.com) with a brief description of the issue.
  • For Exchanges – DO NOT RETURN YOUR PRODUCT
  • Once we have received the pictures and confirmed the part is defective, we will update you via email and new replacement(s) will be sent to the address on file.

Eligibility for Refunds

Only regular priced items may be returned for a refunded

  • Partial returns are not eligible for refunds
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item
  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following:

Once received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
