The need for switch plate labels

Prior to Switch-Rite, the most common methods of labeling switch plates included file folder labels, masking tape, stickers and markers.

While simple and easy to produce, they came with their own set of issues. They’re hard to align, prone to showing wear and generally leave an unprofessional appearance.

With nothing better available to the consumer, the idea of insertable, permanent, and durable switch plate labels made sense.

After my son Chris’ return from the service, he and I set off on what was the start of a multi-year endeavor. Our team now includes Mike Beesley and Hal Yeager.

This patent pending wall plate with label insert finally enables you to answer the common question, what the heck does this switch do?

We’re an American made product and proud of it!
